The Bridges



Before I start on an actual training plan for my runs later this year and early next year, I am trying to get back into running.  So since Florida doesn't have hills I went for a bridge run.  It was windy and tough! Especially going uphill into the wind for mile 2!  I felt great after.  I think I will try to alternate a hill run and speed work every week.
