No more Garmin

I have lost my Garmin.  Well, not really lost.  I gave it back, after I borrowed it for one race - that turned in to 3 months!

I feel that the Garmin GPS watch really helped with my pacing, especially trying to break the 9min/mile barrier.  Hopefully I will get one with my birthday just around the corner, until them I have a new plan. I am going to run depending on how my body feels.  I want to see if I can improve my times without the watch.

I did do a 5 mile run today, and I think it was done at about 49mins.  Slower than what I am wanting, but it was longer than I have run in awhile!
