Prepping food

I am trying to get more organised. I have prepped salads for 3 days of work. I would like to do more, but don't want the salads to get soggy and gross.


I am addicted to these salads:
  • Baby spinach and iceberg lettuce
  • Carrots
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Peppers (red and green)
  • Cucumbers
  • Strawberries
  • Feta cheese (not pictured)


Salad dressing (not pictured):
  • Grapeseed oil
  • Rice wine vinegar
