He was very shy for the camera. I decided I had to move him. He was in the middle of the road, and I don't really trust some people around here ... Rednecks and what not. Hopefully he was going in the direction I moved him!! I was trying to decide whether or not to turn off my Garmin. In the end I decided to pause my watch. Though I think if it was a long run I would continue with the time to incorporate stops and drink breaks and the like.
Today's run:
3 miles in 26:28
Pretty happy with that run. Felt very comfortable, and kept increasing my pa e as I went. My last mile was in 8:18 mins.
